Are you trying to lose weight but somehow the scales always sabotage your progress and state of mind?
I weigh on my RENPHO SCALES https://amzn.to/3fCNC40 every day. When I weigh the scales show my total weight. They show the weight of my bones, the weight of water, the weight of the muscle, the weight of fat, the weight of sugar stored, the weight of organs, and so forth.
Most of the number the scales show is WATER. There are 8.34 pounds in only one gallon of water. In addition to that, every time you eat carbohydrates you temporarily retain more water. For each gram of carbs you consume you will also retain 2-3 grams of water. So, if you eat 30 grams of carbs or 120 calories of carbs then you will also temporarily retain an extra 60-90 grams of water. That weight will show up on the scales. It doesn't mean that you have gained fat weight.
If your goal is to lose body fat, I recommend that you live the Shibboleth lifestyle 5-6 days each week. If you need to take one to two holimeals each week that's ok. Sasha and I like to use Friday or Saturday evening as a holimeal date night.
We always gain weight after our holimeal but most of that weight is water and sugar (carb) weight from the holimeal. If you don't understand water and sugar fluctuation weight in the body then you will get frustrated, throw your hands in the air and quit!

As you can see, early in the week, my weight trended down fast but this wasn't all fat loss. A lot of the weight I lost was sugar and water from the preceding weekend where I had had multiple holimeals.
Saturday evening was date night and we FEASTED. My weight jumped up 6 pounds from that night's feast by Sunday morning. I got back on plan Sunday and by Monday had dropped 2 pounds and by Tuesday morning was right back on track.
I do not pay any attention to the scales except week over week and month over month. Try using your Wednesday morning each week as the real test to see if you are making progress.
